Well it really is difficult to know where to start, so we’ll start with what to most people is what Florida is all about! Disneyland of course. The Villa is just about five miles from the main entrance to Disneyland, from Indian Creek its about a mile and a half to 192 at which you turn right. A couple of miles up and you turn into the main entrance.
By the way as a Brit (Driving on the left at home) driving in Florida is very easy, everything is well signposted and it is difficult to get lost! What is even better is the parking available wherever you go! Wonderful!
Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach and Downtown were all amazing, well organized and very very friendly! When you get to the Villa you can contact the local management company who will get you really good deals on the tickets!
Sea World and Universal Studious are about fifteen minutes away up International Drive or Interstate Four. The shopping in International Drive is incredibly cheap by UK standards and we never seem to be able to pull the female members of our party away from the main centres, so you have been warned!
There are so many restaurants within five miles it is impossible to start naming them, there are also many shops, pharmacies, Walmart, and Golf Courses, again all within five minutes drive!
It is also well worth exploring further afield with Daytona on the East coast only an hours drive away and St Petersburg and Clearwater Beach a similar distance on the West Coast. Daytona has miles of wonderful beaches and some very good value food outlets.
